Applicants must be able to stream at least twice a month. However, there is no limit to how often you can stream if you would like to exceed the minimum.

While we believe in all streamers being able to express their true feelings, please know we will not take anyone into consideration who supports racism, antisemitism, ableism, homophobia, transphobia, sexism, any lewding of minor or minor appearing characters, or any other related hate speech. If you are caught doing any of this, you will be removed from DREAM☆E without hesitation.

DREAM☆E is not responsible for paying for your commissioned material or physical streaming equipment. Staff, however, can assist with stream assets if you would like them done in house. Keep in mind, if you are working in house those helping you are your peers, so please do not take advantage of their assistance and be kind and patient.

DREAM☆E applicants must be comfortable with streaming via Twitch.

DREAM☆E members will be provided small merchandise (buttons, stickers) of their characters with art provided in house for promotion in stream (giveaways, merch stores, etc.).

DREAM☆E applicants can apply even if they have no streaming experience or a LIVE2D or 3D model. PNGtubers are reviewed on an even playing field.

We ask that all applicants be 18+. While as a group we will not be focusing on 18+ content, for both professional and comfort reasons, we ask that you be 18 or older.

You do not have to be an English VTuber to apply. If you are comfortable with conversational or a little bit of English, that is okay!

Finally, ANYONE who considers themselves under the transmasc or transmale labels is eligible. We will not question you on who you are and how you identify. If you feel this unit is for you, then yes, it is. We are open and accepting to anyone who feels comfortable with these labels, he/him pronouns or otherwise.
